Taichi class with Chigong and meditation with Kate Curtis
TAICHI is a system of movement and meditation, which helps to free up the joints, muscles and tendons,
while at the same time strengthening the core. It is learned and practiced by attending classes with small numbers.
CHIGONG are various sets of simple moves and is an important part of this system and brings it to a deeper level of practice.
You will be learning a set of TAICHI moves which is called the Form which origen is from China directly. The Wu style.
I will be commencing the class on Monday 21 Feb and it will run for several months.
