The Marriage of Heaven and Earth

CHIGONG origionates in China and is part of the health care system there. There are various sets of  simple moves and I will teach a very simple set of moves which will help to restore Central Qi, which is our  Life force energy and help to build up a stronger state of equilibrium with meditation and movement. This set works on opening the chest and the channels along the spine, and helping to release stagnation in the internal organs.  We will gather at 11 am. Light lunch will be provided. Finish time will be 4.30 pm.
