REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAINING

Reiki is a profound energy healing system, calling upon the unconditional love of the Universe, to balance body mind and soul. Reiki heals on all levels and is available to everyone.

During the workshop you will :

• Be attuned to Reiki Level 1
• Learn the history and principles of Reiki
• Learn how to ground and balance your energy
• Learn how to prevent burn out and energetic depletion
• Learn how to feel and work with Reiki energy
• Learn how to use Reiki for yourself and your family
• Learn about the chakra and endocrine systems
• Receive and give healing
• Receive a comprehensive manual
• Become part of an exchange healing group
• Have some fun!

Your teacher will be Kathryn Geogheghan Independent Reiki Master/teacher, healer and craniosacral therapist.

The workshop commences at 11am and completes by 5pm. Lunch is provided.
