We will gather on Saturday – Coming together to open the circle, with short meditation, and getting to know eah other and a brief introduction to Holotropic Breathwork.

On Saturday 28 September 2024-  8am – 7pm

9am – 12.30 There will be the first breathing session with mandala drawing

Lunch 13.00 -14.00

14.00- 17.30  There will be the second breathing session with mandala drawing

17.45-19.00 We will be gathering in a Sharing Circle to help ground the experiences, and insights.
