Live Zoom circles will be an opportunity to meet Kate and Mark. We will share how Holotropic Breathwork has helped us, how it has helped others and you will have the opportunity to ask questions about this healing modality that can connect us to our own Inspiration, Wisdom & Healing.

Our Residential workshops are held at Danu Lodge, Gorey, County Wexford which is within easy reach of Dublin Airport and car ferry ports. The workshop begins with a hearty welcome soup on arrival and completes with lunch on Sunday.
