Heartfulness Meditation – on Wednesdays 7-8pm will recommence in March 2026
We will be recommencing Heartfulness Meditation in March. Date to be determined.
You do not need to have any experience of meditation.
You will be guided by Simon in this ancient heart centred style of meditation which comes origionally from India.

Group meditation has a profound effect as we are gathering in community of peace and we hope to eminate this heart centred style of meditation into the general world. It helps us to also dive deep into our inner selves.
We are so used to zoom gatherings so we are hoping to have a gathering in person at the beautiful tranquil peaceful environment of Danu lodge retreat centre, which is 13 km from Gorey and Aughrim, Tinahealy, Woodenbridge, Avoca.
