All meals are organically sourced and we cater for food intolerances. We include a 30 minute preliminary chat to assess whether this type of work is suitable for you, and a preparation online zoom session, and an integration online zoom session for all breath-work workshops.

Danu lodge therapy rooms and workshop space to hire
Danu Lodge’s workshop room may be rented by individuals facilitating groups, for various types of use such as meditation retreats, dance, yoga, chigong, Buddhist retreats, art group, drumming circle. It is available on a day to day basis or for a longer residential retreat.
