It concentrates in the idea of Love being at the centre of our being\, and by meditating with this in mind\, we aim to open our hearts and create more love and compassion within and without. \nNo previous experience is required. \nYou will be guided by Kate Curtis in this heart centred style of meditation. \nPlease register your interest directly with Kate 0872325383 \nGroup meditation has a profound effect as we are gathering in community of peace and we hope to eminate this heart centred style of meditation into the general world.
