We are offering a nourishing and gentle weekend opening with Sacred Circle sharing, followed by Cacao Ceremony with Gentle heart opening music. A day of breathwork with powerful evocative music and mandala art work followed by a Talking Circle during which we share our wisdom, and insights, which we may have gained during the sessions.

Nourishing Vegetarian lunch and healthy snacks, and community around the table!

We will be having a fire ceremony on the beautiful surrounds of the land at Danu Lodge Retreat and Healing Centre.
