You will be shown simple movements which you may continue to practice at home. These movements origionate from a very ancient practice system from China, Korea and other oriental countries.
They assist in freeing up joint, relaxing muscle tension, strengthening sinews and creating an overall sense of wellbeing. We will be also doing a guided meditation. No previous experience is required.
The classes will run for 4 week blocks of payment, at 40 euro for 4 classes or 15 euro per class, and will continue until Christmas.
