The Marriage of Heaven and Earth

CHIGONG origionates in China and is part of the health care system there. There are various sets of  simple moves and I will teach very simple set of moves which will help to restore Central Qi, which is our  Life force energy and help to build up a stronger state of equilibrium with meditation and movement. This set works on opening the chest and the channels along the spine, and helping to release stagnation in the internal organs. Also a set of moves called The Marriage of Heaven and Earth.

This is a deep relaxation day,where I will guide you in a simple style of medation using your breath. You will have the oportunity of learning a very ancient set of moves which you can practice on a regular basis following this day. The Marriage of Heaven and Earth helps us to open up and connect our upper selves with our lower body which is also on the physical and emotional and spiritual levels.

Enhancing the flow of energy to the internal organ system in particular lungs and kidneys and heart and releasing the Qi of the Liver. These moves are particularly useful to assist in creating a stronger internal energetic system, which makes the resistance to flu, colds and viruses much more efficient. Deep relaxation will be as a result of this practice.
