About this gathering
A weekly Meditation Circle at Danu Lodge, beginning Tuesday 6 October 2026, 7–8pm.
Each Tuesday evening we gather to sit together in stillness, with gentle guidance, breath awareness and shared silence. The circle is open to complete beginners as well as those with an established practice — you are welcome to come to a single evening or to settle in week after week.
Come as you are. Cushions, chairs and blankets are provided; wear something comfortable and warm.
