About this gathering
Join us to surf your inner landscape in holotropic states of consciousness — a weekend immersion designed to deepen self-enquiry, integrate the year that has passed, and prepare for the dark half of the Celtic year.
Each participant has the opportunity to breathe and to sit for a partner over the course of the weekend, supported by music, focused bodywork, mandala art and a closing integration circle.
Held in a small group at Danu Lodge in north Co. Wexford — vegetarian meals, twin and single accommodation, and walking access to forest and mountain.
