SUMMARY:Qigong & Meditation morning classes at Danu Lodge  - commence - Wednesday 17 June x 4 weeks  10-11am
DESCRIPTION:Starting with a short meditation\, I will teach simple movements which you may continue to practice at home. These movements origionate from a very ancient practice system from China\, Korea and other oriental countries. It is advocated to all folks in many of the oriental countries in order to maintain health and wellbeing. It is deeply medative and relaxing. It was introduced to the West in the 50s and continues to help many people to maintain a freedom of movement\, which is soft and gentle. \nThey assist in freeing up joint\, relaxing muscle tension\, strengthening sinews and creating an overall sense of wellbeing. We will be also doing a guided meditation.
