SUMMARY:Taichi & Qigong morning classes commence Thurs 16 April at 10-11.30am
DESCRIPTION:Starting with a short meditation\, I will teach simple movements which you may continue to practice at home. These movements origionate from a very ancient practice system from China\, Korea and other oriental countries. It is advocated to all folks in many of the oriental countries in order to maintain health and wellbeing. It is deeply medative and relaxing. It was introduced to the West in the 50s and continues to help many people to maintain a freedom of movement\, which is soft and gentle. \nThey assist in freeing up joint\, relaxing muscle tension\, strengthening sinews and creating an overall sense of wellbeing. We will be also doing a guided meditation. No previous experience is required. \nThe classes will run for 4 week blocks of payment\, at 50 euro for 4 classes or 15 euro per class. \nIn order to learn the whole form of movements\, it needs to have dedication of 6 months!! \nto book \ncontact Kate 0872325383 \nor kate@danulodge.com \nWe are 10 minutes from Kilinernan village\, and Inch village!.
