(a joyous day to be heard) \nJoin Elizabeth-Ceolanna Scott for a day of Breathing and Sounding through the sacred\, physical and emotional body\, honouring and\nawakening the true memory and wisdom into LOVE. \nWe will gather together bringing attention to our breath\, voice and movements to ancient ancestral\,\nceremonial medicine healing songs of the lands.\nExploring with Celtic chants\, manta and gutha soundings\, seed syllables\, soundings of Fire/sun\,\nMoon/water of the head for the pineal gland and energetic field cleansing and balance..\nHonouring the sounds moving through you naturally\, finding vocal harmony within\, relaxing inner\ntensions and liberating deep seated worries \nCeremony…end of day…celebration \nThis sounding day is for you if:\nYour voice has been or feels stuck or stifled or you have been told you cannot sing.\nFeel called to connect with your ancestral sounds; sounds of the body’s spiritual centre through (breath)\nand chanting.\nWant to use natural instinctual and nourishing healing sounds of the nervous system\, your sacred\nbody/mind and the land you are on.\nWant to explore and deepen into vocal expression or movement\, cleanse negativity\, stabilise the energy\nfield\, inviting healing\nWant to discover your own voice in a group\, find your heart sound or song \nPlease know\, it’s not about singing songs or getting it right.
