DESCRIPTION:You will be shown simple movements which you may continue to practice at home. These movements origionate from a very ancient practice system from China\, Korea and other oriental countries. \nThey assist in freeing up joints in particular your lower back and knees\, relaxing muscle tension\, making your body feel more supple and creating an overall sense of wellbeing. We will be also doing a guided meditation.
